Email marketing messages & subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the “Processing of your personal data” above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third-party service provider of software/applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations, will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time. Who is Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd?

Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd is fully licensed, Defra approved and fully insured for both UK horse transport and horsebox hire. Specially designed box for your horse or pony and the handlers are calm and professional at all times. Based in Brinklow, Warwickshire.

Who has access to my Hire Application Form/Contact Form (data) once I submit and what if I want to request for it to be deleted?

All unconfirmed/unpaid bookings submitted will be automatically deleted after 4 weeks ( 30 days ) or after the booking date you supplied, we have quoted for has expired, whichever the nearest date. Any data, (namely the booking ), a user wishes to be deleted within 4 weeks, the user must email their request to michellehale17@icloud.com and we will delete as requested within 24 hours and confirm.

 

Are any other third parties or their agent's allowed access to Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd websites or data?

Access to the website is permitted only to Small Biz Agency, web designers and marketing team, and the owners, David, and Michelle Hale. No third party or their agents will be allowed access under any circumstances.

 

What data do you collect and what happens to my data once submitted?

The only data collected will be on the form submitted by the user known as the “Self Drive Hire Application Form” which will be temporarily stored for 12 Months if a firm booking has been made or 4 weeks if not, the information submitted by the Hirer is required for Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd to provide accurate hire booking confirmation and for Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd to be able to offer the hire booking as requested.

Should the user confirm and book, the booking form will convert into a confirmed booking, we will retain this data for 24 months from the date of the completed booking to be used as a reference for costing purposes should the user wish to use our services again. Should the user wish for their data to be deleted after Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd has completed the booking, the user will need to email their request using the same format as previously mentioned for deleting quotes.

 

Do we contact you in any way or send junk emails from Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd after completing the booking?

The only emails you will receive will be after the Self Drive Hire form has been submitted and by Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd to confirm booking, which will be for updating purposes for the user's benefit or request. We will occasionally send one off email requesting a review of the service we have provided once we have completed the hire booking you requested. Once Mustang Equine Transport Services has completed the hire booking, we will not contact you directly or indirectly for any other reason not related to the hire booking.

 

Complaints

If you feel that the data ( quote/booking form ) has been used inappropriately, please email Michelle Hale at michellehale17@icloud.com explaining the reasons for your complaint along with any evidence that will help support and clarify your concerns and the owner will review the complaint. Once this has been investigated, she will respond to you with his findings with 30 days of receiving your complaint and take the appropriate action. If you feel after receiving your final response from Warwickshire Horse Transport Ltd you are not satisfied, then you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office ( ICO ) at www.ico.org.uk.
